Exceptionally nice and lovely rooms with terrace access...

The staff and the host were all fairly friendly and helpful. We asked for a comfortable and fairly quiet room with a private bathroom and terrace, for example and got one. Having hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets was a bonus:)))

The friendly and helpful owner and her mom made our stay comfortable. They patiently explained directions to various attractions with hand-drawn maps. the guesthouse was clean, quiet, and within walking distance to the Thermal Hot Springs, which we enjoyed.

The building and rooms are nice, and each room has a terrace.

The staff was very polite, and there was a peaceful atmosphere at this place.

The location of this guest house is ideal, close to everything in the centre, allowing easy access to explore the valley and nearby park. the rooms are clean and convenient, with amenities such as terrace access and easy check-in/check-out procedures.

Furnas, the best small town in the world, offers breathtaking pedestrian trails, mesmerizing volcanic activity, and enchanting geysers. The convenience of hot springs right in the city makes for delightful swims. The luxurious park and its hot baths are a true paradise. The beautiful house, along with the incredibly kind proprietress, adds to the warmth of the experience. Exploring the town and its surroundings for 8-10 hours a day was an adventure filled with scenic mountain routes, adorable rabbits, and a hidden waterfall in the forest near the lake. Living in this guesthouse was like being in heaven on earth, resulting in me taking 3000 photos of the stunning beauty that surrounded me. With a superb location, great rooms, and an owner who cared about everything like a sweet grandmother, this place was an absolute gem.

Convenient location in the middle of the village close to restaurants, shops, park, bus terminal, and the main church. Beautiful landscape with a lake and tree-covered mountains. I recently stayed at Vale Dos Encantos in Furnas for a couple of nights. The location was great, very central and everything was very clean. The bathroom separate from the room was a bit inconvenient but we got used to it easily. The owner was very friendly and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The highlight was definitely the terrace, where you can relax in peace with a nice view to the inner yard. It was also in a quiet neighborhood and had a good location in the center.

We had a pleasant stay at this well-situated accommodation in Furnas. The location was convenient, with tourist office, grocery shops, and restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service.

Our visit to the nearby Thermal Hot Springs was an absolute delight for our little one. They couldn't have enough of the warm, healing waters, and we were so grateful for its close proximity to the guesthouse. It made it incredibly convenient for our family to visit and enjoy this natural wonder.

My kids wished there was a playground within the guesthouse premises.
